If shipped - Additional Shipping Charge will be charged to buyer prior to shipping. (Minimum shipping charge of $8.55 per USPS rates). Auction starts ending at 6 PM EST with a soft close. Please note that if a bid is placed in the last 3 minutes of bidding, the clock will be extended an additional 2 minutes.

Pick-Up will be on Friday, October 22nd from 9 AM - 5 PM EST at 102 S Locust St Floyd VA 24091 (United Country Blue Ridge Land & Auction Office), located on the corner of Route 8 & Route 221 at the stoplight in the town of Floyd VA.
