Levi Cox is the Realtor I chose to sell my house. I needed to sell quickly but without loss. I chose Levi because he struck me as down to earth, realistic and an all around good guy. I listed my farm with Levi July 2016. It is a 25 acre farm with a large estate home and several large outbuilding including a 5 stall barn and carriage house. This is definitely a unique property for the Dublin Va area and not easy to sell. It had already been listed for a year before listing with Levi and changing real estate agents was very stressful. Since Levi grew up on a farm with horses he is quite knowledgeable about country life and could see right away what my farm had to offer. He was able to target specific web sites knowing that people visiting those sites were searching for unique, upper scale properties like mine. He was also able to pre-qualify potential buyers so as not to waste my time and efforts in showing the property to those it was not suited to. I really appreciated being able to reach Levi at any time and if I wasn't able to get him immediately on the phone he always returned my calls by the end of the day. Best experience with a real estate agent ever!! I have bought and sold houses, condos and farmland in several different states, so I know how frustrating buying and selling can be. We had a tight deadline with a specific timeline to purchase farmland, and on top of that, we had a very convoluted tax transfer involved with our land sale and land purchase. Not only did Levi make all of this happen within the tax (and time) parameters, he made it look like a cakewalk!
