Let me, Sabrina or more commonly and gratefully known as Levi’s wife, begin with who is Levi Cox, Realtor with United Country Blue Ridge Land and Auction. Looking over his website it was observed his bio is a little dated as he has grown significantly in his real estate business.  Levi is a Floyd County native.  Growing up in Indian Valley and living on a hobby farm developed Levi’s love of country living, horses, and outdoor farming adventures.  He married his high school sweetheart (Sabrina), and they have two teenage children, Emily and Hayden.  Levi has not always been a real estate agent.  He is a former police officer within the New River Valley of 18 years.  During his time as an officer, he was given the opportunity to understand community and how this affects families and individuals.  He has knowledge of the New River Valley area and neighborhoods.  In 2015 he decided to include real estate and the journey began.  He has assisted many individuals, companies and families find the property of their dreams.  He exhibits an energetic approach with supporting clients to reach their real estate endeavor with many years of successful experiences. 

Levi is also a passionate farmer enjoying the process of caring for the livestock as well as keeping the integrity of the land.   Farming adventures keeps Levi invested in understanding land value and the effects of today’s market.  Levi understands country living and as the United Country slogan goes, “No one knows the Country like we do.”  He is ready to help you list your property or help you locate a property to purchase.  Remember to #listwithLevi!
