Levi Cox Realtor Team Introductions

            Hello everyone, it’s Sabrina again with blog seven for Levi Cox Realtor with United Country Blue Ridge Land and Auction.  I’m sure some of you are like Levi and I and beginning to experience spring fever.  We are looking forward to warmer and longer days.  Sellers are beginning to list their properties as we begin to move toward spring.  Levi and the team are working diligently to serve all clients, both buyers and sellers. 

            In the last blog I discussed Levi and the team met in January to develop a business plan and talk about how to better serve you, the clients.  In this blog I plan to introduce and discuss each team member and their role in assisting Levi.  We are excited to work together to ensure you, the client, are receiving the best assistance possible to suit your unique needs.  In the first blog I introduced Levi and discussed his background.  Here is a quick recap of the main man, Levi.  He is a Floyd County native.  Growing up in Indian Valley and living on a hobby farm developed Levi’s love of country living, horses, and outdoor farming adventures.  He is a former police officer within the New River Valley of 18 years.  In 2015 his real estate career began, and he has assisted many individuals, companies and families find the property of their dreams.  Levi exhibits an energetic approach with supporting clients to reach their real estate endeavor with many years of successful experiences.  Check out blog number one, Biography, for more on Levi.  

Sierra Gwynn is marketing manager for United Country Blue Ridge Land & Auction.  She has been Levi’s marketing manager as well as personal assistant for the past 3 years. Sierra manages Levi’s website and social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Sierra does photography and videography for Levi along with 3D virtual tours of homes. She edits videos and manages the company YouTube channel. Check out Levi’s playlist on the channel! During her time out of the office, Sierra enjoys being at her Indian Valley home with her husband Brandon and their sweet pup Ellie.  She also enjoys reading, the great outdoors and going to the gym.  

  I, Sabrina, was appointed with administrative assistant responsibilities in 2020.  I assist with data entry into the multiple listing system (MLS) that provides the information possible on sites such as Zillow and Realtor.com.  I also provide real estate photography when requested and assist with communications in the form of emails and letters.  I keep Levi’s office tidy to ensure he is on top of his game.  I enjoy spending time at our home and caring for our family.  I am often mom taxi for our two teenagers and their buddies.  I also enjoy reading and going for walks.  

Levi’s team is essential in assuring you receive the best service possible with your buying and selling needs.  We all enjoy what we do and work well together.  We are eager to help, and Levi looks forward to assisting you in the future.  In the meantime, enjoy your little piece of the country.  Remember to #listwithLevi!
